Ubisoft has a huge team for the Assassin's Creed series. Totally separate ones made ACI, II, and are making III to the ones who made Brotherhood and Revelations plus the people who are making the portable games, including Liberation.

This game and (if Treyarch makes it) a Call of Duty for the Vita are system sellers for me. Uncharted would have been if it had multiplayer and got better reviews.

It will be ending Desmond's story and the 2012 plotline.

Hopefully they will drop the price for both the Vita and the memory cards.
