We can't begin to predict how life would evolve on an alien world without knowing the conditions on the surface, but if by chance life there evolves similarly to life here then it should be proportional.
If it is an iron core planet the gravity shouldn't be much more than 2 times the gravity of the Earth. Still habitable for humans and much preferable to a planet with gravity 2 times less than Earth's or lower like Mars.
