This will probably be controversial, but here goes....

This is easily fixed to be a fun thing instead of a bad thing.

That is definitely promising!

Lol, smartass. :-)

Do you have to own a Windows CD to setup a virtual machine for it? I flirted with trying this out on a linux build a long time ago and ended up punting when I couldn't find any Windows VM's.

It'll be a bummer, but what is missing from consideration is the lost compounding over time from losing some of your contributions to taxes. With a Roth you won't be paying taxes on your withdrawals, but your nest egg will also be significantly smaller. Like a few multiples smaller depending on how you model the

This assumes you are able to contribute the same percentage of income to either Roth or traditional retirement accounts. I think this ignores the way people actually do their budgets and leads to the wrong result.

You'll be the one he compares the rest of the interviewees to, hopefully. Good luck!!

Good advice! You definitely want to come across as confident, but you also want to be careful not to overdo it and come off as a jerk.

Is Cygwin any easier to install nowadays? I last used it around 10 years ago, and the setup was always painful across the three or four machines I did it on over time.

Premium pricing is $35 per year, not per month.

At least they haven't crossed the pryonecrobestiality line yet. But this is HBO, so maybe next season.

I think the line is actually at incestuous necrophiliac rape.

One thing to watch out for is them lumping added fees into the amount financed. You don't end up having to bring it to the table, so its easy to miss. So, check to make sure the amount financed is what you expect.

I think it comes down to how long you think you will stay in the house if you buy it. Over the long term, inflation will keep raising your rents while your house payment stays fixed. Your property taxes can rise somewhat, but most places have limits on how much it can rise over the time you own it.

Vim for the win.

I've got a Nexus 4. Are you saying it can connect to multiple profiles simultaneously? I was always told it could only maintain one connection at a time.

Nice!! Thanks for the heads up!

That's a pretty good idea. And a crappy compromise. It sucks to pay up to $100 for a dongle and then have to pair it with your old phone.

My problem is my phone can't connect to two different BT things at the same time. If I'm connected to the car audio, then is the information in the dongle lost, or can you download and post-process later?
