Ahhh...the lamp design makes more sense now...

Should of kept that hotmail addy.

Nice...I was too lazy to carry on the calculations to figure out the density of gold. Its good to know you can carry on well over 10 million dollars worth of gold.

Also, I think gold has special rules for transport that makes it count like cash. You can go through wearing a $20,000 diamond ring, but not with $20,000 worth of loose diamonds or gold coins.

It can't happen. Even at $2000 per ounce, ten million dollars worth of gold would translate to 5000 ounces (312 pounds) of gold. That won't fit in the carry-on dimension thingy.

And if it started making porn movies, you could have called it Dirt Diggler.

Its a dirt cock, alright. And not the rooster kind, either.

From a user standpoint, XP has been pretty stable. And I regularly push it to its knees running engineering software. Its been years since I remember last seeing a blue screen. And I can't remember the last issue I sent to the IT help desk that ended up being an OS issue rather than a tool issue.

60% of corporate PC's are still running XP. Seriously, new hires in my company are getting shiny new laptops with XP loaded on them. There has to be a justification to upgrading beyond "its new".

All these shaving tools and no mention of DE safety razors or straight razors? I've never seen anything that can clear-cut my face forest faster than a DE.

The 10x longer is only if you keep the bulb on all the time. As soon as you start turning it on and off (like in the real world), CFL life expectancy starts to suck pretty hard.

How many memory interfaces do these have? If I remember correctly, it used to be that once you go beyond 4 cores, your system's performance leveled off due to memory bandwidth constraints. That might have been specific to general purpose cores, though. Do servers typically run with close to 100% cache hit ratio?

What about chopsticks? We need a "How to catch flies with chopsticks" version of this.

Mile High Club, here we come!! That is awesome!!

But what if they turn out to be your son or daughter after all?

Simple. Swab their glass after they are done drinking from it. They said that in item 6.

Hey!!! This is the one watch to rule them all...at least the ones less than $150, anyway.

The short answer is, yes, it is that difficult.

If you set up high so its out of reach of incoming flammable people, it would be safe. Or put it out of the path of folks and make it inaccessible as part of a larger display. Some folks get pretty elaborate with decorating their porches.

Apparently one time David Lee Roth walked in, saw that the M&M's were wrong and trashed the dressing room. And a pre-internet meme was born...
