I didn't find anything on Google Image Search so I tried my hand at recreating it in Powerpoint. You can zoom in as much as you want to get a bigger version of the triangle and it won't lose quality because Powerpoint shapes are vectors. Here you go!

My biggest beef with Shadowplay is that it saves files as VBR .mp4's, which doesn't play well with Premiere Pro. The audio gets out of sync with the video.
