Totally agreed, I remember I printed off the 100% completion guide from GameFAQS (80 pages or something) and that got a lot of use. One of the few games where 1005 completion gives you a big reward (in the form of extra story).

I can only answer the first question, I watch a lot of anime but not that much ecchi. I've only ever played one erotic game and the quality of the story put me off them.
