While it is much easier to softmod a Wii and play pirated games on it, I think the 360 is probably more pirated because its userbase is more inclined to do so - it's mostly adolescent males whereas the Wii has a lot more old people and kids.

With the pound being weak against the dollar at the moment, and the general trend in electronics pricing across the two different markets I would say that if it's going to be £300 at launch then it'll be $300 for the US.
