Yeah, I remember thinking about how similar it was to Arlong Park. There was even that bit where someone got stamped through a massive tower! I think the biggest problem with the movie is that it had Oda's involvement so I had such high expectations and then it was just very average.

Agreed, really stands out as the rest are pretty vanilla really. Fucking love the animation and the darker tone to it all.

The Sun is written by some of the best comedians in the country, but unfortunately the majority of bottom feeders in this country don't realise it's extremely clever satire and take it as the gospel truth.

Zero is definitely on my list as it features my favourite character from the SDFM - Focker. I'm definitely going to be checking out Plus and Frontier based on the responses so depending on how much I enjoy them I will almost certainly watch 7 too. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the response mate, appreciate it. The musical aspect is not something that drew me to the original series I just really liked the story and the characters (Focker RIP ;_;), so based on your post I will probably check out Plus and Frontier first and foremost.
