When did turboing off-road vehicles become a thing? Last I heard you didn’t want a turbo, slow moving vehicles don’t like excessive heat build up.

You go around, disagreeing with people, making all kinds of shit up or pulling it out of your ass, for the sake of disagreement. That’s trolling. This is Jalopnik, your no-pistons.com opinion of putting a simpler to engine into everything is not popular here. You fight and quarrel about any bullshit you see fit, then…
That is only partially what I meant. When those standards were changed they used the car, just as it was sold, for testing. Nowadays they strap on the lightest rims, highest performance tires, and use other little tricks from the cars performance options to boost the numbers from a net perspective. The other part of…
Your a well known troll to me, I just wanted to see how far your conviction went. Pretty impressive, but your cracks are finally starting to show.
Mmmmmm yes, I remember when an Odyssey and a WRX were the same vehicle. Back in the 03's. But no your right, and it’s totally legit to compare a turbo exhaust system to a N/A one. Right on guy, you really got me.
Your counting is good, your reading comprehension, not so much. You were using cats to signify load based on their presence, your exhaust travels through 2, no more, no less. Show me with your diagrams how exhaust can travel through all three from a single cylinder.
I’m surprised by that. I went around once and test drove all the entry model lux cars, I figured the Acura was second only to BMW in the interior department. After all the turbo cars I only found it wanting for acceleration. It did have a stick however, so it kind of made up for it.
And you don’t know how many cats your exhaust flows through? I call bullshit, your full of shit. Also your project examples are super simple, nothing to suggest your actually capable of anything special. No wonder you like newer cars, they make it look like you know what your doing.
“I think the Odyssey is running through at least 3 and maybe 4 cats.”
I can’t believe you said that out loud.
True enough. It was a pretty nice car that made good use of premium though.
I hope you realize the irony of Acura being more successful than Infiniti in the segment, since everything they are lacking Infiniti has. But at least somewhat valid points all around.
Yes, I’m sure this guy was fighting off the historians that were rabid to get a touch of this car. The great hunt for the first n600 ever made, its the stuff of legends, reported upon every year by CNN, such a valuable piece of history as it is.
*Looks up Road on Netflix*
Crazy, I had no idea they got more expensive. I figured people didn’t buy them because they are ugly/ bloated and didn’t really offer anything a Civic didn’t. They seem simultaneously revered and loathed, if you look at CL you can see they go for between 1000$-8000$, such a spread. But I will say that every one in the…
The s sportscars have a long and prestigious history. They are not and should not be related to the Integra. The Integra/RSX is a gussied up Civic, so they should gussy up a Civic again.
Makes me want to cry. Nothing is more touching than finding something that means the world to you, completely irreplaceable, and yet to the majority of people is a worthless bit of junk. Jalops unite!
I love Chevettes, especially with that notchy Saginaw transmission. But, oh, would you look at the username got to go!
