I never understood heated fanboyism for, well, anything. I do understand and experience the gut reaction of thinking “WHAT!? [thing] is awesome/terrible! You’re crazy!”, but that’s usually the point where basic reasoning is supposed to take over and the words you actually say are much less kneejerky and standoffish.
