Fuck this woman. Fuck fuck fuck this woman.
Fuck this woman. Fuck fuck fuck this woman.
Kevin Spacey also didn’t write a book with all this super creepy (and borderline racist shit). All the passages from the book I read are presented in a super braggy way that’s really troubling. Like, if I was writing an honest memoir about wanting to fuck a 15 year old or being impressed at the exotic dancing skills…
Ok, but if we’ve learned anything from Lena Dunham, it’s “Well he was nice to me” isn’t a good enough reason to doubt victims’ accusations.
Listen. Having a THIRD baby shower seems a little tacky, but for people saying that Kim can’t have a shower because “she’s not even pregnant,” I just have this to say: fuck you very much. My daughter was born via surrogate, and I was a joyful and excited expectant mother even though I couldn’t gestate her myself. I…
FUCK no I will not do my adult kid’s laundry. I will not do my kid-kid’s laundry as soon as they are able to do it themselves.
It saddened me to see so many people commenting in the other story that they don’t believe Takei’s accuser, even when they believe accusers in other cases.
It’s all right OMG!PONIES! It’s just bolognese!
Steve Kunzweiler is a friend of mine. You’re absolutely right. He’s exactly the kind of guy you’d want to be DA. You have no idea how much heat he took for bringing this action again after 3 mistrails.
I think people conflate infidelity with non-monogamy too often. One can be in an open or non-monogamous relationship and still cheat. No matter how anyone spins it, cheating is an asshole move, regardless of the structure of one’s relationship.
I would like to give it up for this DA who kept on prosecuting. Many times after one mistrial, prosecutors decline to refile charges as it’s cost prohibitive & their budgets are shrinking. So kudos to this one for not letting this asshat get away without a verdict.
she remembers word for word a conversation she had a decade ago with a guy who is friends with her then (current?) boyfriend
All of you who are going on about how “we can’t dilute the crime”: take a step back. She’s not talking about crime. She’s not talking about the law. She’s not talking about if it’s illegal. She’s not asking if he’s guilty.
It’s almost like she’s experienced a lifetime of being told it’s her moral obligation to make people feel good and that it’s selfish to do what is right for her.
I call bullshit. Men are well aware when women aren’t fully into the act. They choose to go ahead anyway. That shit is on them.
I don’t disagree that she consented and this is a case of regret and not rape.
We had a talking parrot when I was a kid and they are so incredibly smart. He would yell “shut the door” whenever anyone left the house and learned to count in English and Spanish from watching Sesame Street with me. His language skills were incredible and he actually adapted and learned. My mom hated him and always…
What he’s missing is that it doesn’t have to be Wonder Woman OR Sarah Connor— we can have BOTH. They’re completely different women, because there isn’t just one type of woman, and the idea that we can only have one archetype of feminist icon is fucking stupid.
Respectfully, more women does not mean the SAME FOUR or FIVE actresses thrown in our faces over and over again. I’m happy for Gal, but let’s find more, meaning, OTHER women.
No, but the part where he fired Charisma Carpenter and killed off her character as punishment for getting pregnant sure does make one wonder. Also, don’t blame the women you cheated with when you were in a position of power over them and are holding their careers in the palm of your hand.
One need only read the atrocious and extremely un-feminist screenplay he wrote for an unproduced version of a Wonder Woman movie to see how he feels about women.
