From what I've read, DR3 was being made for PC because 360 and PS3 weren't strong enough for what they wanted to do. Then Microsoft came with the Xbox One and it was turned into an exclusive.

Wasn't PDZ universally believed to be a bad game in all aspects? I remember returning it after the first week and using Timesplitters 2 for my fps fix at the time.
