I doubt it. With labels there could be a problem with the disc being 'unbalanced' but that looks like pen ink or marker so it shouldn't be an issue. Now if it leaked onto the lens... maybe.

Looks like Xzibit and friends got their hands on Optimus. I'll be surprised if the actual mass produced figure comes close to looking this good in terms of paint though. The figures never look like the airbrushed and photoshopped preview pictures do.
