Unless you’re Konami.

They should’ve cast Jack Black as ‘Brick’ then and given him the same treatment Ryan Reynolds’ buff doppleganger got towards the end of Free Guy

Indeed. Though when it comes to sex toys, how they look isn’t as important as much as how they ‘function’. Also it vaguely looks like something located on the opposite end.

More like Schroedinger’s goon army. You only see them when the narrative requires them to exist for Robert Pattinson’s character’s arc to end.

The real ‘get’ would be Eminem as Enel.

Most of the cast deserved better.

Yeah Carnage was an excellent casting choice and good portrayal in an awful movie that put more emphasis on Eddie and Venom’s ‘breakup’ than anything else.

I believe Todd McFarlane has been trying to get another Spawn movie going for a while now. It hasn’t been promising.

Its a strategy that worked’ for the X-men film writers.

Recasting Kang should honestly be the easiest thing in the world to do. They’ve already established that there is the chance of vastly different variants back in the first season of Loki. Just have one of those vastly different variants massacre the others like He Who Remains did and start anew

The weird thing with Gunn with both GotG and The Suicide Squad is that the movies have a lot of heart, great character interaction, and excellent actor portrayals but their actual storylines are pretty bad when you list the events that occur.

Didn’t it also pull off a version of Spider-Verse before Spider-Verse was a thing, using Madame Web as the focal point since it was before the whole Spider-Totem inclusion?

The MCU keeps trying to make new starting points and things just keep happening. Deaths, covid shutdowns, contract disputes, strikes, characters held for ransom, domestic disputes, actors dropping from projects, dropped projects, rewrites, directors leaving projects, directors seeming to purposely sabotage the

Honestly, I think current MCU’s biggest problem is that they’ve had to restructure plans a lot.

Marvel has never actually known what to do with Captain Marvel. No matter the medium. They pulled some... heinous stuff with her when she was Ms. Marvel in old comics, then made her always be on the wrong side morally in modern comics.
