Only one I use is Youtube and I generally have to dismiss 1-3 channels a week from my feed because they’re from creators that cater to that nonsense.

Then I guess you’re lucky enough to not have the various social media algorithms shove content from the sexist/racist/’anti-woke’/’anti-feminist’ channels into your feed for no apparent reason. For me, it seems like there are a ton of them that keep getting play.
That is assuming there is a physical release to buy.
Some of the early storyboards made it look like Gorr was going to be a God Butcher... and that someone would’ve had to have been sacrificed (oh look Asgardian kids) to open the path to Eternity. I think a lot of the film got cut to lighten the tone considering early interviews made it seem like Gorr was going to be…
The music seemed straight out of Evangelion. The plot was essentially Evangelion without the giant robots/pilots.
Sony has the movie rights to Spider-Man and all his associated villains/heroes and he’s also one of the most popular heroes to the point where just about everything with him does well (‘cept Broadway).
That video made me want WB to cast him as Lex Luthor.
Sorry if this posts twice... Kinja is Kinja-ing.
Though they don’t even need to kill anyone off to do the transition at this point. T’Challa, Natasha and Tony are dead, the original GotG crew is split up, Thor and Hulk are parenting, Steve is an old man, and they all basically have replacements lined up already. Plus whatever is going on with Spider-Man now that…
I’ll never admit that the clown scene from The Ladies Man changed my life in an interesting and sometimes horrifying way.
I mean, I’m glad they didn’t go with “Use Rogue to take her powers for a film and introduce X-men” but it still feels like they could’ve come up with something that showcased her strength but didn’t just turn into a bunch of glowing people punching each other through things. They could’ve introduced characters that…
Yeah, she’s insta-hated because of online echo chambers (I swear, Youtube’s algorithm tries to sneak a channel or two from them into my viewing list every week and it’s getting annoying considering how much misinformation/bias is spread that way).
I mean... the plots of the Guardians movies haven’t really been that great either. Gunn’s success in both the MCU and DCEU came from somehow making good movies that run entirely on the character interaction between a bunch of D-list comic characters and the acting of the people who portray said characters. Which is…
The cameos for MK are sadly a thing that isn’t going to end. Which is a shame but they’re what keep bringing new casual players to the franchise and help with retaining those players. MK1 is going the same route to the point where the Kombat Pack roster and it’s guests were used as a selling point before the game even…
I mean, they put enough money in it to polish that turd into a... polished turd. Sadly, that let the Snyder fans believe that was what they would’ve gotten from the start when the reality is that it would’ve looked a lot worse and been edited into incoherence to fit standard theatrical run times.
This. This is what happens when a studio that can’t manage money decides to cater to the whims of the vocal internet troll cult that worships a director. It emboldens the vocal delusional folk to demand more.
I think the bigger problem is that the MCU doesn’t actually know what to do with Captain Marvel. She’s always treated like an afterthought. Even her first movie was a rushed thing where they had to explain her Endgame presence and didn’t even have a finalized script yet. Now her second film is something where the…
Sadly getting to be cheaper than a cheap dinner too.
Avengers had you grind nearly empty zones for randomized resistance gear while highly incentivizing doing it online with others to earn cosmetic resources as well. Its just early on the game forced it on you until they eventually patched experience gains
With Avengers, there was definitely some forced live service parts around launch. The game kinda forced you to grind for gear early on. I’m not sure if they changed it, though I just reinstalled the game to finish the added characters/campaign now that they’ve patched the live service parts away.
