Sounds like they had a lot of pride but no substance or QA control.
Quite informative, you get an upvote for that.
I suppose it's nice seeing something like this... But I'd much rather be a part of it than donate to it. Where do I sign up? Or is this only some kind of elitist-charitable-thing?
I'd really like to see another Elite Beat Agents.
I'm a vita owner, and I'm not bummed out by it. I'm just happy to see it come over here in any way shape or form.
Already got one! The 2 Marios, Mario Kart, Windwaker, Donkey Kong, and both NES Remix games were more than enough to coax me into buying it. Another thing that kept me interested as well was all my old peripherals working on the new system - That's a lot of money spent over a generation of a console that isn't going…
Seems Snake didn't make the cut this time? That'd be even more to add to the 90's throwdown...
Was it you that told me that before? I went and looked at the trailer on steam and read the synopsis... Unfortunately I have bad vertigo (at least that's what I think it is) and I can't handle fast/panicky games presented in first person. I can't focus on something like a static character on screen so I start getting…
That's why the thought of a one hit and you're dead enemy like Revik that wasn't bound to scripting would have been absolutely terrifying.
Just read the synopsis of Alien Isolation on Steam and watched the trailer, looks like it'll be interesting, but I can't handle action games presented in first person. I think it's vertigo or something that I have, it makes me sick to my stomach playing it.
Ah! So even what I was thinking about as an original idea has in fact been done before. I've played all the numbered titles of RE, but what is REmake?
You should probably follow the rest of the conversation.
The one with the Cold Sun and a pregnant Karen Gillan?
Oh man... I got way too excited with my imagination again... So he's basically the Nemesis from RE:3 all over again, freaky and surprising - but once you've dealt with (or died during) it once you know it's coming.
That's incredible! No scripted appearances, no reload this checkpoint and the exact same thing will happen again!
So Revik is a completely random element that can jump in and out of your game whenever and wherever and ruin any notion of sitting and waiting for perfect moments to move or strategizing best options on the fly in slight safety?
It's always been relatively simple for me: I like Square, Square's best work is on consoles, until Square starts making main non-mmo entries in FF, KH, PE, Mana, DQ, SO, and more for PC - Then I'm not sold on giving up the consoles.
I'm playing that on the PS3 right now, it's pretty good, little expensive for what you get, but a lot of fun.
I just recently started appreciating the Vita. Had it for like a year, played Uncharted, and never touched it again... Then all of a sudden I had all these recommendations from friends floating in for all these strange and original titles.
