My favorite as a teen was the chicken sandwich that I think was called the Gold Rush Chicken Sandwich — breaded chicken, bacon, honey mustard. Plus add a few pickles from the Fixin’s Bar. Good stuff!

Doughboys regularly touches on the topic of Pizza Hut buffets. Give it a listen!
Haha, I saw the tweet and immediately thought “it’s Spanish and it isn’t even close, right?” So I’m saying I agree.
Unrelated/related to this, it will always baffle me that Tom McCarthy, the writer/director behind great films The Station Agent, The Visitor, and Spotlight (and the writer/director of pretty good film Win Win, and an actor with such roles as “reporter in everyone’s most-hated The Wire plot line” and “Amanda Peet’s…
I have nothing to add to this great piece, so I’ll just share this. The whole thing is good, but in this case, Zouks’ third verse is why I’m sharing it. “Bitch I’m a fucking scorpion, what did you expect?”
Hold up. I live in Baltimore. We have a Buddy Garrity?!?!? Can I go to the parties at his dealership? More importantly, does he have a Lyla, who is hopefully 28 or older and single?
This being Baltimore, I have to ask — you sure that wasn’t Gerry Sandusky? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerry_Sandusky
Say what you will about Guy Fieri, but all of the places I’ve been to that were on DDD have been really good. When traveling to a new city you don’t know, you could do a lot worse, food-wise, than just googling “[city name] Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives” and going to whatever comes up.
This post does not include any of the messages calling me a . . . petty bitch
Thanks for being a Knicks fan who gets it. I got into a debate with a guy who thinks Bridges would be a bad pick because he “doesn’t project to be an All Star”, which 1) neither do a lot of eventual All Stars; and 2 who cares? Does he grade out to be a wing defender who can shoot, which this team needs and most/all…
Thank you for noticing my bravery.
I thought Boston messed up when they picked him 3rd.
I agree wholeheartedly with the others who said “gave me cookie got you cookie” and Winston reading Z is for Zombie. My #1, though, is probably Nick’s rant about towels.
Really, I consider this the 3rd season, since there’s no real discernible difference between Somebody Feed Phil and the one season of PBS show I’ll Have What Phil’s Having (also available on Netflix!) other than the theme song. I’m happy to have more though. The shows work, and his joy is pretty infectious, as is his…
I like you, Matt. “Look, I’m not here to yuck anyone’s yum” may become my new mantra.
I can’t help it.
Sure. There are all sorts of different metrics for “better.” Still, I think we can agree that neither team has been particularly good since the trade. And by this point, that has nothing to do with the trade.
Yes. This is true.
I’m so conflicted on the Stoudemire thing. I’ll always love him because he was the only one who took on the challenge in 2010, and he was so good for the first half of that season, until playing 40+ minutes a night caught up with him and essentially ended his career as a star. Then again, the money was definitely bad…
Arguably re-signing Melo in 2014 was a much worse decision for the Knicks than trading for him in the first place. Also this isn’t arguable so much as it is demonstrably true.
