I ran into him in midtown awhile back and asked for a picture. He was very nice, but it was weird knowing how god damn scandalous he is.

It was a great podcast episode. Jen is brilliant. In addition to the bit about “the perv”, she also made really excellent points about ageist, sexist simpletons who hate on Madonna no matter what she does or says. Reminded me of a certain website.

i cant remember name of the tour, but offhand i know she cancelled like 5 shows in 2006. I know there’s more because my friends that are huge fans of hers bitch about her cancellations every time she hits the road. Im sure you can google it & see for yourself.

Indeed she is. Still, if I had spent an assload of $$$ on travel, hotel & tickets i’d much rather be attending a show that starts late than a show that gets cancelled outright.

Her shows/tours are notoriously boring and prone to cancellation. I feel bad for fans that spent money to get to Vegas, but honestly this is not surprising. And while her comment was a brilliant bit of shade, you know who is notoriously magnificent at putting on a great show & almost never cancels a show? Madonna.

Calling her newborn a dirtbag was a nice touch.
