The dealership by me has many brand new CTSs with $15,000 to $16,000 off sticker, many.

A couple of weeks ago I rolled through my local Cadillac's lot and they had the CTSs on average with about $15,000 to $16,000 off sticker, that was just crazy. Who knows if you could have gotten even more off if you haggled?
