I dunno—-I liked G1 as a kid, but I don't see that as being as strong a source for a video game...I was never 100% on Megatron transforming into a gun, (made more sense when Galvatron became a cannon though.) and the characterization and story were a bit all over the place.

The DS games for the first movie didn't feature any of the human cast at all—-and actually were really, really fun, and a story that managed to stand on its own and present itself respectably. I hope they decide to take that idea for these games....
