Isn’t the end goal to make the windshield a giant HUD projection? Once possible, screens won’t really be necessary.

Makes sense. Guess no dealers in Los Angeles offer loaners then lol

My friend has a non-turbo that I ride in often and it’s definitely premium feeling (can’t say in terms of dynamics as I haven’t driven it). They paid attention to all the small details that takes it to the next level, at least for a <$35k car. Something like an A Class or A3 has more sense of occasion, but rather

Mazda gives out loaner vehicles during maintenance? That’s actually great to know and kind of a perk IMO. I recently bought a Golf and was expecting a VW loaner when I took it in, only to be shocked to find they don’t offer them and had to catch an Uber...

I’d be cross-shopping it with an AWD Mazda3 Turbo before a base A3

But it is a hatchback (liftback), no?

For a second thought I was reading a transcription of that eBay commercial

I don’t know bout you, but these stunts never make me think “wow, I really need to run out a buy a Redbull now!”

What’s the ultimate intention with stunts like this? Is it strictly for publicity and raking up the views/likes? I just can’t wrap my head around 10 years of planning and 200 people on payroll for something so pointless.

Gay man here too, and I reluctantly kind of agree with you. When I read he’s parading around with Pride flags, I couldn’t help but imagine his publicist demanding he wear them to “appeal to the gays!”. I hope that’s not the case; he genuinely seems to have his heart in the right place and just having fun, but it still

Ok, now who’s going to convert this for me?

My guesses...

Am I the only one who thought Twitter’s main purpose the past few years (since Tumblr went under) was strictly porn? Was PornHub too expensive?

From my understanding, the existing C8 platform was designed with hybridization in mind, but not full EV. GM said the EV variant will be Ultiam-based. Unless “Ultiam” is referring to the battery tech and not entire skateboard platform?

Omitting Nile Rodgers is a crime.

Reality check: Saturns were economy plastic cars with their most advanced aspect being a radio tuner. Of course they had an easier time. They also didn’t have to fight an uphill battle with the supply chain and a pandemic.

China.

Its not perfect but the proportions and silhouette are spot-on. Something about it reminds me of the Infiniti M45 (also an underappreciated design IMO)
