That’s why we have that whole freedom of choice thing. You can move if it bugs you so much.

But not nearly as poor of a life choice as kicking a 3,000 pound moving automobile surrounded by dozens of other 3,000 pound moving automobiles.

Home defense is another story but you should always remember to not rely on that as your only protection. Have another game plan for when that hatchet is on the other side of the flat. Normally one that involves fleeing to a secure spot (if possible).

You keep on making that decision because it is the right one.

I was with you until you suggested carrying a hatchet.

You are correct.

This right here. Those signs are hidden revenue maker for most states. The hidden revenue is in the taxes collected and the employment those business provide. A healthy business is a money maker for most states.

You need to do a bit of research. After food and paper costs, controllable expense (payroll, advertising etc) and uncontrollable expenses (rent, insurance, taxes etc) the average profit using your example of a $10 meal purchase is actually .50 cents. Sure that company may have $1.5 million in gross sales but the final

Meh. I don’t mow very often... but I don’t water either and that seems to solve the problem. I told my neighbors what I was doing and why (no chems covering my yard, water waste etc.) and most of them bought in on it.

Your missing the big one here. Stop watering your lawn... forever. During the summer I mow it once and that will get me to fall (when it starts raining again regularly) at which point my son mows the lawn every other week.

I love how you just skipped over the $100,000 donation to “The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption” ( created by founder Dave Thomas who was an orphan and was adopted into a hard-luck family). Yes there was a ton of promotion which is why Wendy’s honored the guy even though he was far from the goal of 18 million.

I don’t understand how more religious folks aren’t on the same page

My father passed away in the 90s, bless his soul, but I’m sadly confident that if he’d lived into this era, he’d have succumbed to the radio and Fox by now. He was a Limbaugh fan back in the day.

Well...

Sort of, yeah! Except you don’t have to wash off tornado or worry about the tornado on your clothing giving you radiation tornado sickness.

And thievery don’t forget what huge thieves they are. More than once I’ve had to rescue my car keys from inside one of our couches (yes I said inside). The little buggers love to collect stuff... especially if it’s stuff you handle.
