Actually... ;)

Mother and Father are amazing characters, their actors just kill it in every scene. Even the kid actors are not annoying. They really did a good job with casting.

If you came to the television expecting hard sci-fi or an Aliens TV series, sorry. Next season isn’t going to be a completely different show. I’m just fine with it. The show is science fantasy of the best breed. It’s a show told in the narration of the children so it makes sense that there’s no great explanation for

I also have previously commented my surprise at io9 mostly ignoring it, but this article does some way to explain why. It’s revealing this article fixates on minutiae of detail at expense of the bigger picture, especially given they ran a piece on the production design last week. But then that piece was just a

I’m kind of shocked to see so many mixed reactions here. I thought it’s one of the best tv shows we’ve had in a long time. The acting is also extremely top notch.

Question: Why the hell is io9 not recapping this show every week? It’s an adaptation of a superhero comic-book that manages to completly transcend its source material. Its right in your wheelhouse, so why the hell is the first thing we hear about it here is a month in, just to highlight a dick joke?

I’m just hoping it ends with Kara and Lena together.

This. I’ll be honest—Orphan Black isn’t the most excellent of shows, primarily because it kind of collapses sometimes under the weight of its own conspiracy-laden worldbuilding.

I would love to see She Hulk played by Tatiana punch Titania played by Tatiana too

Can I just come out now and support my theory that Thor would have been so much better if they’d just cast Kat Dennings as Jane Foster to begin with? She’s got way more personality than Natalie Portman, and at least twice the chemistry with Chris Hemsworth.

lol imagine feeling emasculated by a fucking snake

Stop referring to Dylan Farrow as his adoptive daughter, or any person’s adopted child as their adopted child. It is their child. Just because they are not related by blood does not make them any less related. Adoption is not exotic or make someone an “other”. Adoption makes that child yours in every way and that

Agreed.  Look at all of the famous actors that have worked with Polanski after his rape charges.  Why isn’t anybody hounding Harrison Ford for working with him on Frantic?  Or Hugh Grant on Bitter Moon?  Everybody’s memory is apparently five minutes old and it’s always on women to explain why they made decisions that

you folks should really scroll up and read my story.

he literally says there was no bug. only one game—civ v—includes a reference to the nuke-heavy behavior, and that was in 2010, two years before the bug theory was even a thing.

Luke trying to fill the Gita shaped hole in my heart with this Sims article.
