This casino scenario is a one-in-million. The vast majority is drug money and its confiscation is never contested.

You'd be able to prove your winnings at a later hearing regarding that money if it was confiscated. Drug dealers don't later contest forfeitures because, well, it's ill-gotten money. They write it off as a cost of doing business, even if they're never charged with a crime.
Go about living your normal life because this doesn't affect you, unless you're a drug dealer who carries around tens of thousands of dollars in your vehicle. Then you may want to think twice.
