They seem to have been dumping everyone closely associated with Perlmutter since late last year. And Perlmutter himself seems increasingly side lined.

This show is great but it would be 100% perfection if they’d just add a little more updog.

Not being able to recognize him, until he removed the toothpick was amazing.

As much as I love the cameos—Hamill was flat-out fun to watch—the Jackie Daytona persona in that episode was funny, delightful and revealed an interesting character. I wished it had lasted a couple of episodes at least.

A raise of the glass filled with a human alcohol beer for that gag.

Calling it now: in the last episode they run into the Cylons who joined with the humans and went off on their own in a Basestar.

I just can’t get emotionally attached to anything Moore does any more.  After DS9 and Battlestar, you know he’s going to blow it in the last act of the last episode.

That’s actually a good way to frame it. Maybe they’re actually the most keen of us all on how ridiculous the initiative is and are coasting for the next 4-6 months, waiting to either 1) get an actual legitimate purpose with the next administration or 2) get reabsorbed into the USAF.

Could be worse.
