Yeah, I’m gonna go with bad upbringing on this one. I’ve met white people who had manners, so I know they can posses them. I mean British people have them. I’ve seen it.
The best way to stop bad 15-year-olds with guns is good 15-year-olds with guns.
Y’all motherfuckers can accept Gravity, an entire movie based around this concept that’s supposed to take place in our universe with our physics, but can’t accept that Leia can use the force to move like 20 feet in zero-G.
Also, Monique isn’t even hot out here. A good amount of people thought that she was dead or completely gave up comedy for acting. When Chappelle got his Netflix deal, he had already been on tour for 2+ years.
No part of Phantom Menace worked
This is the company that gave Rob Schneider his own show. Multiple seasons.
Now I want the medical droids to be redubbed by Zoidberg!
“She died of broken heart. No, wait. Broken cervical vertebrae. Me always get those two confused!”
This is a stupid take. And you give the GOP too much credit, as well.
Did Dems vote to fund the government indefinitely, or was it just for three weeks, until early February, which is about a month before the expiration of DACA protections at a time when CHIP will have already been funded and the GOP therefore can’t use that as leverage?
Best case scenario, Dems get CHIP funding for six years and McConnell keeps his word and has a straight process and a clean DACA vote. Worst case scenario, Dems get six years of CHIP funding and can say the GOP flagrantly lied, has it on record, is on record as being the party trying to hold talks. and can shut it…
They gave it up for three weeks. And when it comes around then, CHIP will be off the table.
As far as I can tell, the Dems just voted to put things off a couple weeks in exchange for long term CHIP funding and didn’t give the R’s anything they wanted. So all this means is that when it comes back up in a few weeks, the R’s won’t be able to hold CHIP hostage.
Ah, once again the Democrats are most concerned about being seen as the “reasonable” party that is willing to work together and compromise.
CHIP is funded, WH is out of the picture, and Feb 8 deadline is all about DACA. It’s not as grim as people are making it out to be.
I agree that some of the yes votes are really interesting. Although I can’t make sense of Tester’s no vote.
STOP THINKING, JUST REACT.
These are the 33 Democrats who probably think Lucy will let Charlie Brown finally kick that football too.
So they’re not bringing back TNN and its daily “Hee Haw” reruns? Missed opportunity.
