Back when iTunes was new I came home aaaaalmost blackout drunk. Basically I remember getting to the front door and waking up in the morning with the first three Boston albums purchased.
Agreed, no one’s going to want to play the offensive line and a few other positions, it would probably work best with people controlling everything but the line for most players. Although the option for the full 22 plus double-ups for special teams is interesting, what’s the upside to playing as a center? Screwing up…
The Newseum even blows it out of the water and isn’t that far away from it now. I’m surprised it lasted this long, actually, it always seemed a bit tacky.
It’s privately owned. DC kicked in some money to get it built and help develop the neighborhood but that’s it. The Crime Museum doesn’t hold a candle to the Spy Museum, imo (I think everyone’s actually).
I have a feeling he/she and I live on the same planet, fuck yeah!
No kidding, prime property? Did they teleport Consol when I wasn’t looking?
That’s weird, I’m on iOS with the latest app update and it’s working for me. I’m downloading the first episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm just to check and all seems well.
WWJJWD?
Ooh, I’ll try that out. Thanks!
How glorious that first clip is of the game with no announcers. I wouldn’t want it all the time, but it’d be downright pleasant to watch football without all the yammering.
These are interesting, I’ve been avoiding looking into building and HTPCs because the last time I looked a few years ago they were a bit too much money AND I’ve never put together anything like this. This seems like something I could actually do and then DVR over-the-air programming, play downloaded files, put on…
I just did a tour of completely random stuff, too: HBO shows, Buffy tv show, 2014 TMNT, 40 year-old Virgin, God is Not Dead (I wanted something independent and it’s right on the front page) and everything is downloadable. I really think it’s the whole thing, that’s pretty cool.
WOAH, TEXT BIG! Are we witnessing the next Kinja change?
Yeah, he was a little elephant. There was also a generic Liberty bear for those who didn’t want to pick sides. They were from the 2000 election as far as I can tell. Can’t imagine McDonald’s getting even that non-controversially political nowadays (“Breitbart reports McDonald’s stores intentionally throwing away…
Oh, shit, I’ve never seen a sound freak my cat out so badly. I can’t stop laughing, that was amazing.
My wife has this one somewhere around the house, which someone gave her because she was a lobbyist at the time. I don’t mean to brag, but it’s still in its mint packaging so clearly we’ve got college tuition figured out.
I’ll be perfectly frank: I should feel the way you do because my favorite team (the Eagles - yeah, yeah, I know, that probably explains everything about my thinking) only have Championship games, but I can’t help but roll my eyes when people start mentioning 1960. Maybe it’s the years of NFL propaganda, but it just…
My feeling is because the system that got teams to the championship changed it’s enough of a reason. Going from the two-winners-play to playoffs and a single league system is a big enough difference in my opinion.
In 30 or 40 years, yes, the college championships before the FBS probably won’t be considered by most as of the same caliber or level as “real” ones decided by playoff. It’s a natural progression from one system to another and people will look at the champions that existed because of voting two teams to the…
