That is horrible! (I love it and need it)

I’m not reading the article but the answer is Yes.

I hope this statement doesn’t generate too much friction.

I just watched Singin’ in the Rain for the first time after a couple of decades and Kelly defines light on his feet. Truly looks effortless, it’s amazing.

I bet it’s that her accent gets stronger when she’s angry, like a lot of people who move to a different country. I could see this being Olsen’s choice to stylistically differentiate real Wanda vs. WandaVision Wanda, too.

Surely it should be Shock and Naw?

Booker’s a good cop!”

4 is great, it’s genuinely entertaining. I think I prefer 3 only because Nancy is there (although, boo on them) and I had it on tape as a kid and watched it over and over.

You know what, I’m probably misremembering then. Years ago, probably a decade or so, I read something and understood it to mean that they had to make somewhat regular appearances as the band in order to maintain some rights or some kind of standing with Vivendi. I’m going to take your word over my fuzzy memory stated

This is as much about NOT having to do more Spinal Tap as it is about making more. Under the old agreement they actually had to keep performing every few years in some capacity to even keep their fingers in the pie. So they weren’t getting their share of money AND had to do guest shots and other things just to keep

I’m with you, I definitely think that was the intent. Barbies and Kens getting torn apart all over the place. I love the satirical elements of the script.

I’ve read people online say that it was intentional, thathe was going for a Melrose Place/90210 soap opera feel. I have no idea if that’s true but it would explain why it looks that way and why everyone looks like they walked out of those shows. I hope it’s true, I dig that weird movie.

Isn’t he about 15 years older than Vanilla Ice was around that time?

Circle gets the square, mwah-hah.

Wait, people don’t remember The Miz is from the Real World anymore? Damn, get me my brain medicine.

I agree, I’m a big fan of Levin’s books. They are just the right amount of pulpy. I’ve never read Son of Rosemary, though, it’s the only one. I think I’m good with that.

It’s on Netflix in the US, which is probably not helpful. It’s a Disney show so it should be on D+ at some point (where it could do really well with the right placement). Maybe it’s already on there in the UK?

There are ones that logic dictates must be technically better but that is by far my favorite K&P sketch. The specificity and random nature of it all, mwah.
