The only things I get from this video are.

I say nuts to a hybridized Corvette, but not to a hybridize sports car. A plug-in Cien type car with a supercharged V8 would be a very tantalizing idea indeed.

A hybrid Vette would be awesome. I am so damn tired of morons trying to hold the Vette back. Between the fans that just want GM to build the same car over and over again, the undereducated little internet trolls who have never even driven one but universally declare it crap, the leering schlubs who think because I DD

I see what you're getting at but there are too many exceptions: like Z71 is higher "performance" than Z66, there's the whole ZR-2 anomaly and, of course, the Cavalier Z24. Maybe the "new" GM will eventually enact your system...either way I would really prefer some sort of naming logic.

Holden isn't shut down, that was Ford Australia. Europe was ignored, actually they were left to operate on their own, they certainly aren't being ignored today and won't be tomorrow. GM's Euro operations are under just as big of product offensive now as we have seen from them in North America over the past few years.

They didn't specify drive wheels.

How is this not the first image? And this design was only the beginning of what has become one of the best sports cars ever.

Did you say...chocolate?

Fred: What happened?

About 30mpg (Imperial) on the Euro combined cycle. That's a bit under 25mpg in US gallons.

That is pretty damned impressive. The looks, build quality, and power of the C7 might just make those snooty Europeans look at the Corvette in a new light. Can't wait to see this thing on Top Gear :)

I'm inclined to say Volvo.

What you're seeing there is the current "in" thing in design fashion. It's not copying, it's the simple fact that all car stylists and designers tend to latch on the same themes around the same time.

Comparing Ford's most powerful engine option to Dodge's most economical option to Nissan's potential 1/2 ton towing monster to GM's... ?

Dying seems like the perfect time to be penniless, but you gotta time it juuuusst right.

So it's a complicated version of this?
