Just make them ride the gravitron 3x in a row. The first ride isn't terrible but you need to know when to stop otherwise you will be a pile of barf and unable to function. Teaches responsibility and pacing yourself.

I was just coming up with a salad for my fall baby shower and it’ll have roasted butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, shaved parm, pumpkin seeds, and apple cider vinaigrette. Another favorite is crab, shrimp, avocado, hard boiled egg, over leafy greens. Salads are my favorite way to eat my veggies.
