well from a business standpoint, if Monster Hunter did sell in the US, it still wouldn't come close to the sales it has had in Japan. and then they also run the risk of piracy. I was surprised my PSVita weighed less than my PSP-1000 although the PSVita is obviously larger. Thickness wise, I don't see a problem, except if it was smaller, it would be more of a bitch to insert and remove the Memory card.
