What? New Ratchet & Clank? Where did that come from? Why have I not heard anything about it? Why is there practically no information available about it? And why are there no reviews anywhere the day before its release?

I'm wrong.
I sincerely hope that's not true. That would be horrendously boring. Traversing RDR's world was really only fun because it was so pretty and you were riding a horse. It really doesn't need to be bigger than that.
Ok.
Isn't that the case with almost every franchise that does quite well these days?
I wouldn't be surprised if they're planning God of War 4 for the PS4. Or (quite likely), they just want to leave the ending as it is and never tell what happens next.
With all the attention going on multiplayer? I wouldn't be surprised if it's half the length of God of War 3.
It's gotten a little stale. Actually, I thought it's been pretty much downhill since God of War 2. They'd really need to do something shockingly original to freshen up the series, and multiplayer isn't it.
I guess after killing Zeus, the king of the gods, it's a bit hard to then make the other gods seem more epic or threatening. But sure, why the hell couldn't one of the others (Apollo is the first that springs to mind) couldn't somehow "take over," and round up the remaining Gods?
Is anything about the single player ... better than in the previous games?
It most definitely doesn't. GoW 2's titan mode is brutal.
That was a dreadful trailer. Horrible writing, appalling voice over, nothing about the story, no new gameplay elements (if there are any, it is God of War after all). And, of course, "pre-order at participating retailers and get the *blah* DLC." Retch.
Even assuming that it's possible to beat the game in 5 hours ... is that really how you enjoy playing? Do you buy a movie, fast forward all the way through and complain that it was only half an hour long?
Yes, you can play with a controller, and it is still worth getting on PC. The load times and visual points till apply.
Oh, you mean ""he Adventures of Sir Kicksalot Deathboot in the Land of the Conspicuously Placed Spike Racks?"
I am seriously loving those load times. I'm trying to play the game with zero kills and alerted enemies (though I've already failed the latter once without noticing), and the ability to quicksave, try something, and reload if it fails without having to wait ages is wonderful. Especially while I'm still getting a feel…
"DromEd will no longer stop working after 03:14:07 on Tuesday, 19 January 2038"
I'm not sure how it got from camembert to pie...
Is that compatible with Steam Thief 2?
I'd actually, legitimately forgotten until I read this. I don't think, for the past 2 or 3 years, I've actually remembered that the Dualshock 3 has that sixaxis thing....
