Do you, uh, know what clean Caprices are going for these days? The sedan in this condition would be $4500 easy, maybe $5500. Add the uniqueness of the wagon and the rebuilt mill by a reputable shop and this is in the realm of reasonable. Probably $1k too high, but it’s CL so of course it’s a bit on the reaching side

Clearly Alanis has no idea how much time and money people will spend to get that second.

I mean, they’re hardly that bad. They’re not cars you can defer maintenance on and expect no repercussions though.

I would have assumed even Porsche/Audi mechanics don’t like to be tortured on their time off.

Or you can dislike speed cameras as the craven, revenue generation devices they are, while also understanding that speeding may cause you to get a ticket.
