Just make him a permanent host of TG and reduce all these other shows so he can focus on TG.
McLaren’s are the best daily driven super/hypercars in my opinion. I’ve had my 675LT for the about 3.5 months now.. and I work minutes away. Put 2200 miles on driving everywhere to work, to meet friends, to track, to Subway, to the grocery store and I love this car. In normal/normal mode its as docile as any car. Once…
So what. He got mad. He trashed his room. People do this.
I agree this is not the fucking boy scouts. Lewis did this to Nico and now, vice versa. I don’t think a penalty was in order. Those that say Nico didn’t understand, don’t track. On track, you want the braking to be done heaviest at the start of braking zone through middle.. as you come to the end, you should start…
Great point about no negative reviews. I loved that they trashed cars. Harris should have trashed the new NSX. Why he didn’t? I have no idea as it seems like general consensus is that the car is a miss. And having owned and tracked a 1991 NSX.. kinda sad that Harris thinks its not all that great. I think in the…
Please make this Evans, Reid and LeBlanc. Sabine and Eddie should have recurring guest spots. Let those three gel and form a true charisma and see where it goes.
Pure and simple, it should not be beta tested at this level. Should not be marketed as beta testing. Should not be touted as a true “autopilot.” Having disclaimers placed in fine print is a cop out in this situation.
I agree with you. Tesla is completely wrong in touting this system and allowing it to be a Beta. Beta testing should never be allowed in transportation. EVER. I don’t beta test on my patients I operate on.
Easily the best comment on this issue I’ve read. #hottakeappreciated
So you have no data to back this up? But there is a ton of data to backup that DRLs save lives.
Best Boxster I’ve ever seen lol
Being in the approximate price range for one, I test drove and liked the GTS. But I ended up buying a Cayman GT4. The GTS feels great - but its exactly what you said - I fear that they don’t generate the excitement and respect they should, and the looks don’t particularly strike me as “stunning” which is what it…
Owner is well known to exotic owners in the Bay Area. He tracks a lot of cars - so it was an accident. He drives probably better than the majority of people, but had an unfortunate incident. That’s what I hate about wrecked exotics - I know many owners in the bay area - and most of the reasons and causes have nothing…
I am a cardiac surgeon at an academic institution where I train young doctors to do complex operations. In the operating room for key components of the operation I throw every stitch and make every cut. Why? If the trainee makes a mistake there is an inherent reaction time lag as the trainee first starts making the…
What a great article. It hits at exactly how I feel about the FF series. Yes, I get ridicule for it. Yes, I still think Fast Five was the emotional conclusion to the series. Yes, I quote lines from it all the time. But the backbone of this movie is Paul Walker and Vin Diesel and the cars. It’ll be hard to see this…
Yeah CJ is great. I’ve had some conversations with him about cars over messaging and he’s always humble, always helpful and super knowledgeable. And I would say he probably is way more than an intermediate driver!
Have you driven a 675LT? And driven it on track in comparison to a 458 Speciale, an untouched NSX, a Ferrari Challenge car, an Ariel atom and a spec miata? It is a truly special car, and this is not easy to replicate. There’s a reason why of the 13 bay area 675LTs, 5 of them are a part of my track club at Sonoma. I’m…
Audi has completely lost their way. I owned and loved a 2001.5 B5 S4 that I modified with MTM’s suspension and chip. It was the perfect german Q car - looked conservative, but yet still cool, but fast and fun.The new S4 looks like an A4 with a slightly different, not necessarily cooler, appearance package - and the…
Great article. I think racing in general is in decline for viewership. In part, because they are so slow to catch up to the viewership patterns of younger users. None of them want to watch it on tv.. especially a long ass 3 hour race. When you had no choice in the 80s/90s, it was easy to watch. They need to take a…
