As an owner of a 12C - I can tell you that value for dollar for people who've earned their income (and not given to them by inheritance etc...) is important. That 60k is a big difference. I have an RS4 and this is why I track only spec Miatas now. Tracking your car heavy on the track can never be done at 10/10ths... unless you are Alonso or you are so rich, you don't care if you total your car or spend tons of money keeping it maintained through track days.
