4g vs 3g, 32 gig vs 16 gigs, google vs apple. they're not equal. there are already $99 and $199 android phones out there, if people are more worried about price than the phone itself

while it can and does happen, it is extremely infrequent. more often than not your ip is your ip for a good long while.
