I tried watching this movie last night, i was expecting lukewarm but i had to shut it off after 20 minutes in. The way they spliced in the Leia footage in conversations was fucking creepy among other things.

I though cancel culture refered to the tactic of organized compaigns to get someone dropped by employers/sponsors/avenues, not political affiliation. Both the right and the left does it, but only the far right get hypocritical about it.

Are you seriously going to watch season 2 after only seeing one episode? Personally i tend to like or dislike a varying number of characters on any given show, if the main character is boring that usualy gives more room for supporting cast to shine.

It’s like the critics had a point about Kathleen Kennedys leadership decisions all along. Maybe the first version of Solo was better aswell before those directors were fired. Maybe Rian Johnson shouldnt have been allowed to treat TLJ like a stand alone movie.

What sucks is he’ll probably the highlight of the movie like he was in the prequels.

I doubt they will make more movies based on these new star wars characters, none of them has been all that memorable. One reason for that is they had to finish the skywalker saga but they ended up doing a disservice to both new and old characters by focusing on neither.

This is definatly not the direction i want star wars to go. Fan fiction bleeding into the movies? No thanks.

But games like SkyrimVR, Fallout4VR, Borderlands2VR were not made for virtual reality to begin with. No one has done a triple A game for VR yet, most VR games play like tech demos, very short and sweet. If this is actually as long as HL2 as they say then that will be a first for VR games.
