These are our Job Creators, people. We should be thankful that, in their benevolence, they grant us the chance to do these things. Sure, you might get fired suddenly, and sure, people who don't know anything about your work are going to be making incredibly terrible decisions, and sure the people who made the most

Confuscius also say: "Man with hand in pocket feeling cocky."

Confucius says "shitty bosses make for shitty job."

While the tweets/statements are true. They are nothing new. Good luck to those wbeware still looking for employment.

Just as a heads up, Ray Bans literally have NEVER gone out of style. They are definitely not a hipster thing. If anything, they're the opposite, sorority / frat kid thing. A sign of status.

Well I'm hopping their certification process improves, and restriction lower...otherwise these games will still continue to dominate on PC.

The beauty of it is how circular it is- it's an Onion story that is actually funny so it really does feel like you're back in 2005

I am not making this up: I met a guy on a train (lives in Portland, obviously) who told me within three sentences that he was "way into Buddhism and going to stay at a monastery" and was "really into artisanal bacon." How do those things go together? Ever? Outside an episode of Portlandia, I mean.

Hon, he's a State Senator from Alabama. That's really the best we can hope for here.

I agree with Brian Eno and with you.

At least he dressed up for the interview.

Oh I'm so embarrassed to live in Alabama. This has been a story here for a few days. The fact that elected officials can't use proper grammar, written or spoken, makes me scared to have children here.

I don't think playing kickball indicates narcissism in any way. What's your rationale on that one? "Look at those people playing games for their enjoyment, they are so into themselves!"

Please don't address Brian Eno os "bro", bro.

If apple made a game console it would have more DRM than the XBox one and it would be obsolete after already a year.

Shock Jockery...It's what's happening now!!

Writing a timeless melody is part of it, but I think Eno's focusing on aesthetics here because so many people immediately dismiss work based on them, refusing to see what's actually there. Choosing to make chip-tune-sounding music or generally unconventional-sounding work is a loaded choice for some people's ears.

I was under the impression that those were two different statements, and by CD distortion, he meant compact disc for music. We have become pretty accustomed to it, so if you haven't listened to music on other formats, you probably would never know the difference.

Or I could be wrong and he could have been talking

Hey guys? Pack it in. Rexpane has told me what I can and can't like or be nostalgic about. His discerning taste had rendered all other opinions obsolete.

I'm just going to sit here and wait for him to weigh in baby back ribs. (Please they're delicious, please they're delicious, please they're delicious...)

Lots of people are into 8 bit music and chip tunes. Not just because of melody.

Distorted guitar originally came to use when a tube amplifier was overdriven, resulting in it "breaking up". Even after that, The Kinks slashed their speakers to get distortion when a cone ripper from the input being too hot (or something
