The 360 also had a year longer to sell than the PS3 did.
"Practically every game made for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 looks worse and runs worse on the PS3." No proof behind this statement. They look exactly the same. From my personal experience I've actually found it to be the reverse of that.
It's not arguable at all that it's the most successful console, it has the lowest sales numbers and came out a year before the other two. And remember a large group of people had to buy two or three 360s because of the red ring. Where most owners of the PS3 or Wii only ever bought one.
He calls Sony and Nintendo "Stumbling failures." Is this guy an idiot? The 360 has the lowest sales figures of the three last gen consoles.
You get so much more bang for your buck out of AMD parts... I've never got the hype about Nvidia, my AMD still does all the physx in BL2 just the same as Nvidia (Don't think it's supposed to but it does). And my 8350 should last me for way longer than needed, this thing is a beast. For gaming you really don't need a…
I'm hoping that adapter port on the top left of the Vita will support HDMI out some time. I was disappointed to hear that the Vita wouldn't support TV out when the PSP did.
You already could play it on your TV via HDMI. Big picture mod allows you to navigate and launch games from steam using a 360 controller or mouse keyboard. It's just an easier to navigate version of steam that you can read from a distance.
What this guy said.
Who cares if they're close together? They don't touch, I have huge fucking hands and they don't touch. And the angle (at least for the joystick hand) is WAY more comfortable to me than duelshock or xbox. The other hand is exactly the same as those controllers.
I would have put the N64 above the Wii. The Wii controller is nice but only for a few types of games, just not enough accessible buttons and swinging the controller randomly shouldn't count.
Majority of the people I know that own laptops never move them from a single desk and never unplug/turn them off. And if you're using it for a console replacement you shouldn't be expecting the portability anyway.
It's easier than legos. I feel like most people could figure it out pretty quickly.
I guess some exclusives are nice, I personally was never a fan of any of those games. PC has exclusives also and a much wider library. Also with Steam big picture mode a PC is just as easy to put in your living room as a console. HDMI and then wireless 360 or PS3 controller and you wouldn't tell the difference other…
The 360 was like $600 right? And I'm sure there will be a model with a bigger HDD that costs more. After tax that's creeping near $700. Even for that price I could build a computer on par with this I bet. And then you wouldn't need to buy a cheap computer for every day use because you have a gaming one, so put that…
I'm interested to see whether all of this is accurate. Then I want to see what the price is like. I just bought a new computer for $1300 after tax, shipping and OS. Yet it appears WAY stronger than what these rumor specs are.
I once made the same mistake as you....
Dualshock you can still rock your finger very easily. I love the D pad on the Dualshock. It's not perfect, obviously SNES has the better one, but the Dualshock D pad is WAY better than the 360 D pad.
That's just an old controller. New ones have much better resistance. Their springs or what ever it is seem to get stretched out. Happens to pretty much all joysticks.
