Heheh... well, any KC native will tell you “burning heretics at the stake” ain’t barbecue, it’s grillin’, which is completely different. You grill a couple steaks, burgers, and or dogs on a nice afternoon. You get up early to barbecue your dinner.

Heh... I like Joe’s well enough. They’ve got a good quality product all around. Just, nothing really stands out as exemplary above all else to me. Q39 was good, but it almost seemed to trendy for me. Still, there’s a new one opening up near where I’m living, and I’m still looking forward to it, so... It’s just a shame
