Compared to the WRX, the FWD Fiesta ST is rusty tap water. I didn’t even bother sitting in one when I looked at one at my local Ford dealer. Simply miserable interior, and FWD was a tough sell for me.

The plastics in the current WRX are great - plenty of soft touch areas wherever your body comes to contact. I love the open and simply layout, too. Then again, to me, the cheap shiny black plastics in the VW GTI/R are just as bad or worse.

Also, it doesn’t look like he ever actually touches her butt...

I got a premium WRX for under $30k. Sunroof, Bluetooth, seat heaters, great comfy seats, wonderful steering wheel and shifter. Far from a “shanty”, I must say.

I love the look of the current one. One of the more sexy and interesting sedans on the road. The more I look at them, I see more and more cool curves and lines.

The Rabbit looks “grown up”? It looks like the same generic hatch it was decades ago.
