The plastics in the current WRX are great - plenty of soft touch areas wherever your body comes to contact. I love the open and simply layout, too. Then again, to me, the cheap shiny black plastics in the VW GTI/R are just as bad or worse.
Also, it doesn’t look like he ever actually touches her butt...
I got a premium WRX for under $30k. Sunroof, Bluetooth, seat heaters, great comfy seats, wonderful steering wheel and shifter. Far from a “shanty”, I must say.

That would look terrible. Upscaling an LD doesn’t look that much better than watching a VHS tape on a modern TV. I think he’s working with some actual HD footage from the BluRays.
