I don't mind doing it - it's pretty much fire and forget at this point: Buy the disc, rip/convert it and upload to media server - kick it off before bedtime and copy the completed product to the media server before I go to work, then dump disc in box with the rest of them.

It's not like people are manually doing each of those steps. There are loads of freeware, cradle-to-grave solutions that would take care of that without the end user even noticing or doing anything beyond installing the program.
