Quality over release. Don’t release your game until it’s finished. Simple as that. If they weren’t pushing for that yearly cycle the game could have came out great, but they sacrificed quality for a timely release. People have every right to be upset with decisions like this, especially since they’re paying consumers.

If you’re getting hit using block, it’s because you’re bad, not because it has wind-up. The gif you showed is incredibly misleading. You basically blocked the hit at the last available frame to block. I’ve blocked things at point blank range the instant I hit the block button.

Part of the limiting factor is the built in HDD it comes with is kinda garbage. Maybe get an SSD or an SSHD and you’ll see load times/download speeds improve.
