But we want to Retro to do amazing things with other Nintendo franchises.

You don't need to reboot a series just to change the suit of armor. Just make a new suit of armor. Samus already has several. Heck you can even keep the old suits.

It's one of those things people on the internet like to complain about. Most people agree the narrative was weak and fleshed out the character in ways that fans of the "strong silent female protagonist" didn't like, so the internet uses groupthink to translate that into the game was total crap, Team Ninja ruined

still great

reminds me of this classic

I'll admit that the first Blastman title on the Jaguar CD had it's charm, but I always felt the series was stronger before the whole 1995 reboot. These newer games just feel intentionally dumbed down for a Western audience compared to the nuance of the giant crab level from the 1990 arcade version of Sonic Blastman.

Yeah I generally think Finding Nemo is the closest Pixar will ever get to attempting realism, although the graphics keep getting better with each movie. It's interesting though, in Wall-E the entire first half of the movie is done in total gritty photo-realism. Then as soon as you get to the inside of the Axiom

I'd start at the beginning of Tennant (actually I did). You'll be missing a couple of details about character relationships from the previous season, but it's all not really that complicated or hard to figure out. Since you're an avid Science Fiction fan just keep in mind the show is not really meant to be taken

Given the current state of television licensing this is probably a dumb question, but are any of the later episodes available online anywhere legally?

Guys don't panic. All that will come of this is maybe new regulations regarding the advertisement and sale of M rated games towards minors and a general agreement by game publishers to try to be a little more sensitive to depictions of violence against innocents in their games.

yes

The magical rainbow tie. Confusing low-res videos across the world.

Not gonna happen until the Gadiaston II releases. It's been pushed to next-gen. Blasting games just aren't gonna sell on the original Gadiaston in 2013.

It's interesting seeing how much ridicule WW and Pikmin got when they released and then looking at them now.

Oh yes I think it's fantastic. And I would only change it a little bit for an HD Pokemon game.

Not saying Wii U could run this, but some of the recent games have had AA turned on.

This is some great design work. Only thing is I'd hate to play an actual game that had the Pokemon rendered in a realistic style. The Pokemon themselves will need to stay fairly cartoony (but with nice lighting) with large swathes of similar color without looking too out of place in their surroundings. I really

There's a certain charm to playing as the kind of lame pieces like the iron or thimble. Kind of like playing the joke character in a fighting game. Except in monopoly most of the pieces are rather mundane inanimate objects. I say kill off the cool ones.

I was never sure if it was a spinning wheel or a cannon.

I bet no one ever guessed Black/White.
