I really hope either they can bring him back or they recast him. Robotnik’s backstory is pretty baked into the SA2 plot so losing him would be a big miss.

Let’s make this very clear-

There is no excuse for being naïve enough to think that anything with a live chat option isn’t going to be 95% trolls and boundary-pushers. 

It was insane to me that you couldn’t type “scam” or “Hideo Kojima”, but racism was RAMPANT in that chat. At one point during Day 2, an Asian woman who was part of the dev team was featured talking about her role in making the game. For the 2 seconds I happened the chat, I saw the most VILE words being spewed. But…

Seriously. It’s 2023. Just don’t run anonymous chat windows during your live streams. We’ll understand.

That was my immediate thought as well, this is the internet, people can and will be gross and/or shitty.

Call me old-fashioned but it feels like cheating for me to spend a bunch of lives on a hard level and then just reload my save periodically to keep my stash of 1-ups high. But that’s just me, not judging anyone else.
