I’d love to see something new to Phantasy Star that isn’t PSO2 or Sega Ages releases for Phantasy Star 2-4 (the first Sega Ages version on Switch was great and finally got me to play through the game), but if we’re being entirely honest, all I really want is for them to re-release PSO1 on modern platforms.

Agreed. I’d pay good money for a remake the four Phantasy Star games, or a streaming show on Netflix or whatever would also be awesome. And with as well as Sega did with the Valkyria Chronicles games, it blows my mind they haven’t remade the first two Shining Force games in a similar manner.
