So, being with Kathy is a bad thing still? If anyone is qualified to speak about getting piled on by conservatives for a comedy bit gone wrong, it’s Kathy Griffin. She didn’t even tell her joke in public. It was hijacked by TMZ. Trump and his mail order bride ruined her life with two tweets. She was one of the first

“I did it myself. I spent the days mostly in this exact outfit—this coat, these Ugg boots, leggings, no makeup, my hair tied up in a bun, Ubering back and forth between the hotel and the house, measuring.”

Isn’t the whole black men marrying white women, statistically not as prominent as it appears? You go through anyone that’s been an mvp candidate for the last fiver years, they all married black women. Most NBA players have black wives, not all are outspoken. Most black men have black wives, not all are outspoken. In

Again, I fail to see your point. After decades of being maligned and shoved to the side, Rose went and made a plan. She shopped a docu series and a book, and trademarked a phrase. She then started talking to journalists on the record even as they found they couldn’t move forward with the story. She visualised, planned

Yeah....Rose McGowen was raised in the Children of God (as she said on the Daily Show, “my first language was Cult”) listening to stories about the end times every night and probably getting molested. She likely didn’t get much of an education. Went to hollywood, got raped. She was traumatized as a child and as an

And where would that be?

She explained why she uses Rosearmy. Its because that’s what she trademarked a few years ago precisely to push for change. Rose has been at this for awhile, screaming into the wilderness while the world ignored her.

Rose isn’t perfect but neither is Andi Dier (the transwoman) - different women accused her this week on Twitter of sexual assault and hitting on underage girls, though I notice no one is mentioning that here.

I mean the stats are different, and maybe Rose hasn’t done anything for trans women, but honestly? I think it was a dumb thing to do, and I kind of almost side with Rose on this one.

Again, I would suggest that they be seen in context. Three-quarters of children in Ghaza suffer cognitive damage from malnutrition and unclean drinking water/sanitation directly tied to the Occupation.

I think it’s a mostly US thing, but I do doubt she would have been fired if it had been something similar directed at an Arab nation - or even a valid criticism directed at another European nation.

Wonder Woman was just played by a pro-Israel pro-IDF Israeli woman who actually fought for the IDF and is unapologetically supportive of them, so, no, you’re not just wrong, you’re super wrong.

But you can say whatever anti-semitic shit you want as long as you profess undying loyalty to Israel. That’s how Steve Bannon gets invited to speak at ZOA events and why Bibi Netanyahu’s son posts anti-semitic memes on Facebook.

At the risk of getting into another tedious, ahistorical I/P argument, this issue is not complicated at all. Israelis are settlers and colonizers. Palestinians are a colonized people. That should be literally all you need to know to make an informed decision as to who deserves your support.

Hijabs are still representative of one of the worst forms of patriarchy on a global scale. No amount of good lighting and Photoshop can change that.

Look at the dates of those tweets. Summer 2014:

Great setup! Their planning was immaculate:

Mine did :(

1. His signature on a piece of paper is about as effective as a piece of paper known as a protection order. Which is to say, not at all.

If it is a dumpster fire, it is well deserved. I am a Black woman, 43, not affluent and survived various forms of abuse in childhood. I was raised by a single mother in generally poor, minority neighborhoods. These folks don’t get a pass from me.
