Hey, I like Charlie as much as the next guy, but his playstyle is essentially the same as Guile's with some minor variations to the properties of his moves, so this announcement is "meh" at best.

The newest Wow ruined my gear I spent a year getting.

Never heard of an MMO where top tier raid gear was rendered 100% obsolete by standard vendor gear within 3 months of the game's release.

I have never seen a situation where standard, average joe vendor gear blatantly outclassed hard-earned raid gear. Ever.

What really bothers me is that the VANILLA VENDOR GEAR is now vastly superior to the Vault of Glass gear, due to the Dark Below update.

Generic Indie PC Crafting Hybrid Game Still In Early Access

I'd prefer a honest-to-goodness, work-in-progress, live demo compared to the touched up, staged, pre-canned fluff of E3 demos any day of the week.

If they bring back Q, Twelve, Urien, and/or Necro, I will squee.

It varies. There are some legendaries which are legal to use in certain tiers. Like Heatran in Overused or Meloetta in Rarelyused.

The only team anyone uses in the Unrestricted tier?

This killed it for me. The single-player story modes in LBP 1 + 2 were amazing. It looks like the devs are leaning away from crafting charming, well-designed, professionally-made levels of their own and leaving the near entirety of legwork to the players.
