Actually, the E3 demos contained tons of cool things that were cut from the final game, such as different abilities, more advanced enemy behavior, locations, items, and oodles of other neat stuff. So yeah, they were a far cry from what we actually got.

Once you access the Crucible from the map, you actually have to select the option that says "Iron Banner" when you pick what mode you're playing. Then it will start the matchmaking for an Iron Banner match. (The event is over, so it's currently unavailable.)

"Bad trip! BAD TRIP!"

It's a PvP event where there are no restrictions on your abilities based on your level. You go in with your raw stats stacked up against everyone else's. It's pretty intense.

Actually, Bungie has dropped hints that the rewards from the Iron Banner event may be permanent, so perhaps some things will carry over while others will not. Though there has yet to be a definitive answer.

I'm still upset about that. I like to imagine Bioware simply just ran out of resources to the point where they couldn't even create a single image of Tali's face, so they used a stock photo instead.

I bet a Team Plasma version of this would be far darker.

I'm still pissed about that. I remember hearing somewhere that there was supposed to be a final boss, but it was cut because of resource constraints.

This is Disney we're talking here. She'll be on the missing persons list by the end of the week.

I usually get over things pretty quickly, but this is one of the rare things on the internet that just never stops being funny.

To the untrained eye, it may look boring, but in reality, what you're seeing is world class mindgames, character mastery, and strategy at work.

To hell with that. Give me a gold Mecha, then we'll talk business.

I'm really sad that Lucas is pretty much done at this point. He was substantially more fun to use than Ness, imo.

That was easily one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen in any fighting game ever.

Easily one of the best EVO finals I've seen for ANY game thus far.

I almost choked on my water! Nice one!

Is the Vita mentioned here at all? I'm too lazy to scan through the entire hour.

Ah. Poor dude is in for a rude awakening.

I've already EV trained it and am using it to battle in the Battle Maison...

Nope. Imaginative, whimsical, colorful action-platformers that encourage exploration are out.
